Continuum Therapy Partners in Midlothian, VA is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our clinician-led network at Robious Health & Rehab Center. This full-time, daytime role offers opportunities to collaborate with a leadership team that supports your professional perspective.

You will evaluate and develop treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders, document progress, educate families, and participate in ongoing professional growth. A $5k sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification is required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required


• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required


• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred


• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders


• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes


• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
