Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Garner, NC. The role involves evaluating and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders with a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License is required.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
