Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Poquoson, VA team. This part-time, daytime role focuses on evaluating and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders, with family education and collaborative care.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in SLP, an active state license and CCC-SLP certification, and has about 1 year of experience. We offer a 401k match and generous PTO to support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master\'s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
