Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our therapist-led team in Middletown, OH. The role focuses on evaluating and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders across a supportive clinical setting.

Eligible candidates hold a Master's in SLP, an active SLP license, and CCC-SLP cert; one year of experience is preferred. We offer full benefits, 401k, licensure reimbursement, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
