Job summary

Westwood Public Schools is seeking a Master’s level Speech and Language Pathologist to join Westwood Integrated Preschool in Massachusetts. This role focuses on language and pragmatic support for a diverse student caseload, including students with ASD, in an inclusive setting.

The successful candidate will conduct formal evaluations, assume IEP case-manager responsibilities, and communicate effectively with families and staff. Immediate start date and a 0.8 time allocation are expected.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts DESE certification is required.
• ASHA Certification is required.
• Massachusetts State License for Speech Pathologist is required.
• Master’s level Speech and Language Pathologist with CCC and experience with ASD are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide language and pragmatic support to a traditional level speech and language caseload.
• Perform formal evaluations (e.g., PPVT, CELF) and manage IEP responsibilities.
• Communicate effectively as a highly skilled evaluator and collaborator in an inclusive school.
