Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas to empower students within the school setting. You will evaluate needs, communicate findings, and collaborate on targeted interventions that improve access to education.

You will provide therapy services or supervise assistants, monitor progress, and participate in ARD meetings to advocate for students’ needs and success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Active license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate needs: conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for students.
• Communicate findings to parents and district personnel with clarity.
• Develop interventions with ARD committee to enhance student progress.
• Provide therapy directly or supervise assistants to achieve IEP goals.
• Monitor progress and update records to guide interventions.
• Participate in ARD meetings and conferences to support students.
