Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics in Texas is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to empower students and schools. You will conduct evaluations, communicate findings to parents and district staff, and collaborate with the ARD committee to design evidence-based interventions.

Deliver therapy services directly or supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants, track progress with detailed records, and participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences to advocate for student education programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate needs by conducting comprehensive speech-language evaluations.
• Communicate findings to parents and district personnel with clarity and empathy.
• Develop interventions with ARD committee to support student performance and access to education.
• Provide therapy directly or supervise SLP Assistants in implementing IEP goals.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Support ARD meetings, parent conferences, and other discussions to advocate for students’ programs.
