Job summary

Talented Medicals Solution is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication abilities and swallowing safety while promoting independence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current SLP license in the state of practice.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred or required by facility policy.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or required by facility policy.
• Experience in various settings (skilled nursing, rehab, acute care, inpatient/outpatient/home health/school) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with speech, language, cognitive, communication, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide evidence-based speech-language pathology interventions to improve communication, cognition, swallowing function, and quality of life.
• Perform assessments using standardized tools and clinical judgment.
• Conduct swallowing evaluations and other swallowing assessments as required.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with policies.
