Job summary

Synchrony Rehab is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver comprehensive speech, language, voice, and swallowing services within an interdisciplinary setting. You will assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy for patients, collaborating with a team to support communication and swallowing goals.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current SLP licensure; CCC-SLP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state SLP licensure required.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred or required.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with measurable goals.
• Provide therapy to improve communication skills and swallowing abilities.
• Educate patients and families about disorders and strategies to support progress.
• Maintain accurate evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
• Other duties as assigned.
