TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders across multiple clinical settings.

Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, providing evidence‑based interventions, and collaborating with physicians, therapists, nurses, and caregivers to optimize patient outcomes. Licensure in the state of practice is required, with CCC‑SLP preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current SLP license in state of practice.
• CCC‑SLP preferred or required per facility policy.
• BLS certification preferred or required by facility policy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence‑based speech‑language pathology interventions to improve communication and swallowing.
• Perform assessments using standardized tools and clinical judgment.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercises.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with policy and standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and other staff to coordinate care.
