Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders across multiple clinical settings. You will develop individualized plans and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to ensure comprehensive patient-centered care.

Required: Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, state SLP license; ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; BLS as applicable by policy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in SLP from an accredited program.
• Current SLP license in the state of practice.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred or required by facility policy.
• BLS certification preferred or required by facility policy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide evidence-based speech-language pathology interventions to improve communication and swallowing.
• Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with policies and guidelines.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercises.
• Collaborate with physicians and therapists to coordinate patient care.
