Job summary

The Resource Exchange is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide early intervention services in natural environments for infants and toddlers in Colorado. You will assess communication needs and deliver family-centered therapies to foster early development.

Work with a transdisciplinary team, coach families, and support transitions from Part C to Part B while benefiting from flexible schedules, generous time off, and ongoing growth opportunities within a community-focused organization.

Qualifications

• MA/MS in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• CCC-SLP licensure is required.
• Knowledge of Part C IDEA, natural environments and daily routines as pertains to early childhood.

Responsibilities

• Assess speech/language, communication and related needs for IFSP teams.
• Provide evidence-based feeding interventions and caregiver coaching for infants and toddlers.
• Collaborate with Transdisciplinary Team and families to implement IFSP plans and support transitions.
