Job summary

DDRC in Colorado is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy to 0–3 year olds in home and community settings, partnering with families in a family-centered model. You will work within a Primary Provider/Transdisciplinary Team and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support communication, social-emotional growth, and daily participation.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA.
• Active Colorado SLP licensure.
• Ability to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy to children 0–3 in home and community settings.
• Assess and evaluate speech, language, communication, feeding, and development.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IFSPs.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Utilize coaching strategies and evidence-based practices.
• Deliver services within Primary Provider/Transdisciplinary Model.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory and billing requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development.
• Support family engagement with education and resources.
