Job summary

Bluebonnet Trails Community Services is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to support infants and toddlers in their development with a family-centered coaching approach. The role involves collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team, delivering direct speech therapy in home, daycare, or community settings, and employing trauma-informed care principles.

Candidates should have a degree in Speech Therapy and Texas licensure, with preferred experience coaching families and working

Qualifications

• A degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited college or university and current licensure to practice speech therapy in Texas.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and maintain approved driver’s status throughout employment.
• Knowledge of and experience working with infants and toddlers with developmental needs.
• Preferred – 1+ years of experience providing speech therapy to young children and coaching families.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with families and team members to evaluate needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and track progress.
• Use Coaching Model to empower families to lead in their child’s development.
• Provide direct speech intervention in home, daycare, or community settings through a hybrid in-person/telehealth approach.
