Job summary

Developmental Pathways is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our community-based early intervention team in Colorado. You will coach caregivers to support communication during daily routines and collaborate with families, service coordinators, and fellow therapists on IFSPs.

The role includes maintaining documentation, meeting Medicaid requirements, and traveling within Aurora and surrounding areas to provide visits.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA certification is required.
• Active Colorado DORA licensure required.
• Experience with IFSP development and coaching-based therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide SLP services to infants 0–36 months using a coaching model.
• Collaborate with families, service coordinators, and therapists to implement IFSPs.
• Maintain accurate session notes, reports, and Medicaid-related documentation.
