Responsibilities

• Evaluates patient's communication or swallowing function within scope of practice.
• Establishes and conducts a treatment program with timely documentation.
• Communicates evaluation results and progress in therapy.
• Participates in departmental and hospital performance improvement activities.
• Demonstrates knowledge to provide care appropriate to patient age and growth/development.
