Yale NewHaven Health in Greenwich, CT seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to diagnose, evaluate, and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders. You will design and monitor therapy plans, document progress, and maintain standards of care in a busy hospital setting.

We value clinical expertise across ages, with CCC-SLP credential and CT license required. A strong communicator collaborates with teams to drive quality care and performance improvement across departments.

Formación

• Master's degree in speech-language pathology.
• 1–2 years clinical SLP experience in a large medical center.
• CCC-SLP certification and CT license required.
• Experience with children and/or adults depending on setting.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates patient's communication or swallowing function within the scope and standards of practice.
• Establishes and conducts a treatment program with timely documentation.
• Communicates evaluation results and progress in therapy.
• Participates in departmental and hospital performance improvement activities.
• Demonstrates knowledge to provide age-appropriate care across the lifespan.
