Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patient's communication or swallowing function within the scope and standards of practice.
• Establishes and conducts a treatment program with timely documentation.
• Communicates evaluation results and progress in therapy.
• Participates in departmental and hospital performance improvement activities.
• Demonstrates knowledge to provide age-appropriate care across the lifespan.
