Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our PRN team in Galion, Ohio. You will deliver high-quality care with the same standards as our full-time staff, and you can choose daytime hours that fit your schedule.

Requirements include a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, an active OH SLP license with CCC-SLP, and 1 year of experience. You will assess, plan, document progress, and educate patients and families about communication strategies and swallowing

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license; CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.
