Job summary

Bliss Speech and Hearing Services is seeking a Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist (CF-SLP) to join our pediatric team in North Texas. This is ideal for new graduates who value mentorship, structured support, and growth without burnout.

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• Texas SLP Intern license or eligibility to obtain before start date.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric speech-language evaluations with mentor support.

Your Clinical Fellowship Experience

What You’ll Do

• Contribute ideas, clinical insight, and positive team culture

Ideal Candidate

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (completed or anticipated)
• Texas SLP Intern license, or eligible to obtain one prior to start
• Eligible to begin an ASHA Clinical Fellowship
• Passion for pediatric therapy and family-centered care
• Strong communication skills and a desire to learn
• Organized, collaborative, and receptive to feedback
• Comfortable asking questions and taking initiative

Graduate clinical experience or interest in any of the following is a plus:

• Feeding therapy
• Myofunctional therapy
• Auditory verbal therapy
• Voice therapy
• Bilingual therapy
• Gestalt language processing / AAC
