Bliss Speech & Hearing Services is seeking experienced pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists in Texas to join a supportive, therapist-led team emphasizing quality over productivity. Clinicians will conduct evaluations, design goals, and deliver engaging therapy while collaborating with families and an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• Minimum 2 years pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Experience with a variety of speech/language disorders and age ranges.
• Organized, collaborative, and family-centered.
• Comfortable working independently while also being part of a team.
• Preference may be given to clinicians with evaluations and case management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric speech and language evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals.
• Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions.
• Collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary team members.

• Feeding therapy
• Myofunctional therapy
