Job summary

Bliss Speech & Hearing Services is seeking experienced pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists to join a supportive, organized, growth-minded team in the Dallas area. We value collaboration, flexibility with accountability, and creativity in treatment.

Ideal candidates have Texas licensure and at least 2 years of pediatric experience, with a focus on family-centered care and independent work within a team. Growth opportunities include leadership tracks and program development as the company

Qualifications

• Experience with a variety of speech/language disorders and age ranges

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric speech and language evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals
• Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions
• Collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary team members
• Complete documentation, progress reports, and treatment notes in a timely manner

We are currently seeking experienced pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists (minimum 2 years experience preferred) to join our growing team. What You’ll Do

• Conduct pediatric speech and language evaluations

Preference may be given to clinicians comfortable with evaluations and case management.

Experience or interest in any of the following is a plus:

• Feeding therapy
• Myofunctional therapy
• Auditory verbal therapy
• Voice therapy
• Bilingual therapy
