Bliss Speech & Hearing Services in Dallas invites new graduates to begin their CF year in a supportive, mentorship-rich setting focused on pediatric therapy. You’ll work with experienced SLPs under ASHA-certified supervision, building confidence through structured feedback and collaborative case discussions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (completed or anticipated).
• Texas SLP Intern license, or eligible to obtain one prior to start.
• Eligible to begin an ASHA Clinical Fellowship.
• Passion for pediatric therapy and family-centered care.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to learn.
• Organized, collaborative, and receptive to feedback.
• Comfortable asking questions and taking initiative.
• Graduate clinical experience or interest in feeding therapy, myofunctional therapy, AVT, voice therapy, bilingual therapy, AAC is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Conduct pediatric speech and language evaluations with mentor support.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals.
• Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions.
• Collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary team members.
• Complete documentation, progress reports, and treatment notes in a timely manner.

We are currently seeking a Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist (CF-SLP) to join our growing pediatric team.

Your Clinical Fellowship Experience

What You’ll Do

Ideal Candidate

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (completed or anticipated)

• Texas SLP Intern license, or eligible to obtain one prior to start

• Eligible to begin an ASHA Clinical Fellowship

• Passion for pediatric therapy and family‑centered care

• Strong communication skills and a desire to learn

• Organized, collaborative, and receptive to feedback

• Comfortable asking questions and taking initiative

Graduate clinical experience or interest in any of the following is a plus:

• Feeding therapy

• Myofunctional therapy

• Auditory verbal therapy

• Voice therapy

• Bilingual therapy

• Gestalt language processing / AAC
