Bliss Speech & Hearing Services, Inc. in the Dallas area is seeking experienced pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists to join our collaborative, growth-minded team. We value relationship-centered care, flexibility with accountability, and a supportive environment without burnout.

This role requires Texas licensure and a minimum of two years of pediatric experience. You will conduct evaluations, develop goals, provide evidence-based therapy, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary

• Experience with a variety of pediatric disorders and age ranges.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric speech and language evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals
• Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions
• Collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary team members
• Complete documentation, progress reports, and treatment notes in a timely manner
• Contribute ideas, clinical insight, and positive team culture

What You’ll Do

• Conduct pediatric speech and language evaluations

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas
• Minimum 2 years pediatric experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Experience with a variety of speech/language disorders and age rangesOrganized, collaborative, and family-centered
• Comfortable working independently while also being part of a team

Preference may be given to clinicians comfortable with evaluations and case management.

Experience or interest in any of the following is a plus:

• Feeding therapy
• Myofunctional therapy
• Auditory verbal therapy
• Voice therapy
• Bilingual therapy
