Job summary

Bliss Speech & Hearing Services seeks a Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist (CF-SLP) to join our pediatric team. This role is ideal for early-career clinicians who value mentorship, organization, and a supportive, growth-oriented culture without burnout.

You will receive supervision from an ASHA-certified mentor, regular feedback, and opportunities to grow across diverse pediatric disorders while collaborating closely with families and the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (completed or anticipated).
• Texas SLP Intern license or eligible to obtain prior to start.
• Eligible to begin ASHA Clinical Fellowship.
• Passion for pediatric therapy and family-centered care.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to learn.
• Organized, collaborative, and receptive to feedback.
• Comfortable asking questions and taking initiative.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric speech and language evaluations with mentor support.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals.
• Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members.
• Complete documentation, progress reports, and treatment notes in a timely manner.
• Contribute ideas and positive team culture.

Your Clinical Fellowship Experience

Ideal Candidate

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (completed or anticipated)
• Texas SLP Intern license, or eligible to obtain one prior to start
• Eligible to begin an ASHA Clinical Fellowship
• Passion for pediatric therapy and family-centered care
• Strong communication skills and a desire to learn
• Organized, collaborative, and receptive to feedback
• Comfortable asking questions and taking initiative

Graduate clinical experience or interest in any of the following is a plus:

• Feeding therapy
• Myofunctional therapy
• Auditory verbal therapy
• Voice therapy
• Bilingual therapy
• Gestalt language processing / AAC
