Job summary

Bliss Speech & Hearing Services is seeking a Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist (CF-SLP) to join our pediatric team in North Texas. This role offers mentorship, a collaborative environment, and growth opportunities, ideal for new graduates passionate about pediatric therapy.

You will work with experienced SLP mentors, develop treatment plans, document progress, and contribute to a positive team culture with a family-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (completed or anticipated).
• Texas SLP Intern license, or eligible to obtain one prior to start.
• Eligible to begin an ASHA Clinical Fellowship.
• Passion for pediatric therapy and family-centered care.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to learn.
• Organized, collaborative, and receptive to feedback.
• Comfortable asking questions and taking initiative.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric speech and language evaluations with mentor support
• Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals
• Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions
• Collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary team members
• Complete documentation, progress reports, and treatment notes in a timely manner
• Contribute ideas, clinical insight, and positive team culture

Your Clinical Fellowship Experience

Graduate clinical experience or interest in any of the following is a plus:

• Feeding therapy
• Myofunctional therapy
• Auditory verbal therapy
• Voice therapy
• Bilingual therapy
• Gestalt language processing / AAC
