Job summary

ITS Integrated Therapy Solutions in Hawthorne, CA seeks an SLPA to join a collaborative team delivering pediatric speech-language pathology services.

You will work under supervision with a diverse group of therapists, providing tailored sessions to children from birth to 21. The role offers a flexible compensation plan, ongoing development, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no travel.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy Assistant Program.
  • Proof of current or pending state licensure as a SLPA.
  • 2-3 years’ experience working as a SLPA, pediatrics preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate initiative and manage your own caseload.
  • Provide tailored one-on-one sessions to each child.
  • Collaborate with other divisions to ensure a holistic approach to therapies.
  • Grow within an interdisciplinary team while remaining autonomous.

What You Will Need
  • Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy Assistant Program.
  • Proof of current or pending state licensure as a SLPA.
  • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
  • A desire for continuous learning and growth.
  • 2-3 year experience working as a SLPA (Pediatrics Preferred).
  • Must have a high communication level, great self-control, and really enjoy working with others.
Responsibilities And Tasks
  • Demonstrate initiative and effectively manage your own caseload, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Provide tailored one-on-one sessions to make a real impact in each child's care plan.
  • Work with other divisions of the organization on the prediction of schedules, referral development, and team cooperation to ensure a "whole child" approach to all therapies offered.
  • Work autonomously as a self-driven clinician while continuing to grow within our interdisciplinary team.
