ITS Integrated Therapy Solutions in Hawthorne, California is seeking an experienced clinical supervisor to lead pediatric speech-language pathology services, manage a caseload, and foster professional growth within a supportive interdisciplinary team.

You will conduct one-on-one sessions with children from birth to 21, collaborate across divisions to optimize schedules and referrals, and contribute to outcomes-driven care in a flexible, Monday–Friday schedule with earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy Program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as an SLP.
• 2-3 years of experience working as an SLP (Pediatrics preferred).
• Must have strong communication and team collaboration to support a holistic approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one speech-language pathology sessions for children from birth to 21.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and adjust treatment plans.
• Assist in scheduling, referrals, and cross-division coordination to ensure a holistic approach to therapy.

What You Will Need:
