ITS Integrated Therapy Solutions is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist for its pediatric outpatient clinic. You will manage your own caseload and provide tailored one-on-one sessions, collaborating with physical, occupational, and developmental teams to deliver holistic care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy Program.
• Must hold current or pending state licensure as an SLP.
• 2-3 years of experience working as an SLP, pediatrics preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

What You Will Need:

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy Program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as an SLP.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
• A desire for continuous learning and growth.
• 2-3 years of experience working as an SLP (Pediatrics Preferred).
• Must have a high communication level, great self-control, and really enjoy working with others.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Demonstrate initiative and effectively manage your own caseload, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Provide tailored one-on-one sessions to make a real impact in each child's care plan.
• Work with other divisions of the organization on the prediction of schedules, referral development, and team cooperation to ensure a \"whole child\" approach to all therapies offered.
• Work independently as a self-driven clinician while continuing to grow within our interdisciplinary team.
