Job summary

Therapy Smarts is seeking a passionate SLPA to join our team in a full-time role, serving pediatric clients across clinics, headstart programs, daycares and schools. Experience in pediatrics is required; school settings are a plus.

You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, provide documentation support, and contribute to program growth in a fast-paced environment. We offer mentorship and a strong culture.

Qualifications

• NC licensure in SLPA is required.
• Must be self-motivated and hardworking.
• Able to collaborate in a team-based atmosphere.
• Motivated to meet productivity targets and contribute to growth.
• Solid attendance and reliable work history.
• Able to communicate verbally and in documentation effectively.
• Experience with Telehealth or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide SLPA services in pediatrics across clinics, Headstart programs, daycares and schools.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in supervision and mentorship programs and support program growth.

Must have experience in pediatrics either through previous employment or fieldwork placement. Experience in a school setting is a plus.
