Job summary

Onward Education is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for an on-site, school-based contract in Denton County, TX for the 2026-2027 school year. You will support students' communication, language, and social development in a campus setting.

Responsibilities include evaluating students, conducting screenings, developing IEPs/504 Plans, providing targeted therapy and AAC when appropriate, and collaborating with educators, families, and school teams to monitor progress and student success.

Qualifications

• TX SLP license required.
• Experience evaluating students and administering standardized assessments in a school setting.
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs and/or 504 Plans for students with communication needs.
• Ability to deliver intervention services addressing speech, language, voice, fluency, and social communication.
• Knowledge of documentation and recordkeeping to track progress.
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
