Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for an on-site contract near Dallas, TX, serving elementary students with a ~60-student caseload. Immediate start through May 2027, with supervision provided for CFY candidates.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in SLP and Texas license; CCC preferred; experience in schools and strong communication skills are valued; extended contract supports relationship building with students and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active SLP license (Texas) or eligibility for licensure.
• CCC preferred; strong CFY candidates welcome with supervision available.
• Prior experience in schools or working with elementary-age children is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized goals, and implement evidence-based intervention plans.

Job description

Step into a dynamic contract opportunity serving elementary-aged students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at a supportive school setting near Dallas, Texas. This onsite position is available for immediate start and extends through the end of May 2027, offering you the chance to make a measurable impact over multiple school years.

You’ll work with an average caseload of 60 students, collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality speech and language services. Ideal candidates will bring their expertise as a Certified Clinic Competency (CCC) SLP, but recent graduates ready to complete their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) will also be considered—with comprehensive supervision provided to ensure your success.
