Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an on-site contract near Dallas, TX. Manage an average caseload of approximately 60 elementary students, conducting assessments and developing individualized goals under supervision if needed.

Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with Texas licensure or eligibility is required; CCC preferred. Full-time hours, with ongoing supervision for CFY candidates through a structured school-year program.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized goals, and implement evidence-based intervention plans.
  • Maintain documentation, progress reports, and IEP records.
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Provide resources and training for staff and parents regarding communication development.

Education

Job description

Step into a dynamic contract opportunity serving elementary-aged students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at a supportive school setting near Dallas, Texas. This onsite position is available for immediate start and extends through the end of May 2027, offering you the chance to make a measurable impact over multiple school years.

You’ll work with an average caseload of 60 students, collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality speech and language services. Ideal candidates will bring their expertise as a Certified Clinic Competency (CCC) SLP, but recent graduates ready to complete their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) will also be considered—with comprehensive supervision provided to ensure your success.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license (Texas) or eligibility for licensure
  • CCC preferred; strong CFY candidates welcome with supervision available
  • Prior experience in schools or working with elementary-age children is highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment
