Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for a school-based position in Tacoma, WA. You will support K-12 students by providing speech and language services that directly impact communication and learning. CFs welcomed and mentored in a supportive, in-person setting.

The role offers W-2 employment with liability insurance, healthcare benefits, and a 60–70 USD/hour pay range. Full-time or part-time schedules, flexibility, and mileage reimbursement are available.

Formación

• Washington State SLP license (or ability to obtain)
• Washington ESA Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
• School-based experience preferred, not required

Responsabilidades

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

You'll support K-12 students by providing speech and language services that directly impact communication and learning. This role is ideal for both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs), with strong mentorship provided.
