Job summary

Ampersand Therapy in Belfair, WA, is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based role. This on-site position offers a 1.0 FTE schedule (37.5 hours/week), Monday through Friday, supporting early childhood caseloads.

You will conduct evaluations, prepare results, and participate in IEPs, collaborating with preschool and related services as caseload allows. WA ESA and ASHA CCCs are required or obtainable, with state licensure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Washington state SLP license (or willingness to obtain).
• Washington ESA Certificate.
• ASHA CCCs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and interpret results for students; prepare IEP recommendations.
• Attend eval results meetings and IEPs; participate in student day planning.
• Support caseloads including Developmental Preschool and Itinerant services as caseload allows.

Hello SLPs, Come work with a local, woman- and therapist-founded and run company! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time school-based positions in Belfair, WA.

Position Details:

• In-person, school-based role, early childhood caseload!
• Full-time 1.0 FTE, Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours/week
• Determine to evaluate, eval results meetings and IEPs happen before and after student day.
• Developmental Preschool, Itinerant services, Child Find Evaluations and possibly Transition to Kindergarten support pending caseload numbers

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Washington state SLP license (or willingness to obtain)
