Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for school-based roles in Federal Way, WA for the 2026-2027 school year. Positions are on-site with full-time or part-time options in a 37.5-hour week.

You will conduct evaluations and therapy, develop IEPs, document progress, and collaborate with school teams. CF-SLPs welcome; mentorship and supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Washington state SLP license (or willingness to obtain).
• Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certificate.
• Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply and receive supervision.

Responsibilities

Hello SLPs, Come work with a local, woman- and therapist-founded and run company! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time or part-time school-based positions in Federal Way, WA for the 2026-2027 school year. Whether you are a CF-SLP or a seasoned provider, we would love to hear from you.

Position Details:

• In-person, school-based role
• Full-time (37.5 hours/week) or part-time options available
• Positions begin September 2026 through June 2027
• Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy
• Develop and implement IEPs and complete documentation
• Collaborate with school special education teams

Requirements:
