This position welcomes experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows, with strong mentorship provided. You'll join a clinician-led team that emphasizes mentorship, professional growth, and supportive resources.

Qualifications

• Valid Washington State SLP license or ability to obtain.
• Washington ESA Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
