Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, in-person role in Lakewood, WA for the 2026-2027 school year. The SLP will serve a K-12 caseload, provide therapy services, conduct evaluations, and develop IEP goals while collaborating with special education teams, educators, and families.

School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full Time | Lakewood, WA | 2026-2027 School Year

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the rest of the 2026-2027 school year in Lakewood , Washington. We’re a therapist-operated company that puts clinicians and students first. This is an in-person position in a school setting, and we welcome both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and experienced SLPs to apply. New to schools? No problem — we provide mentorship and support!

Job Highlights:

• Location: Lakewood, WA
• Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - K-12 caseload
• Schedule: Full Time 1.0 FTE available as well as part-time positions
• School Year: 2026-2027
• Start Date: August/September 2026 for the entire school year
• In-person only
