Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a part-time Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Portland, OR area. This in-person 0.2 FTE role will manage a high school caseload and deliver school-based services on the 8-hour weekly schedule.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech Language Pathology and an active Oregon SLP license. You’ll write evaluation reports, develop and implement IEP goals, collaborate with teachers and families, and participate in IEP meetings while

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Active Oregon SLP License
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
