Job summary

Ampersand Therapy LLC is hiring a Virtual School-Based Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in Missouri. This is a full-time, remote role with equal pay for direct and indirect treatment time. Location: Virtual (Missouri).

The SLP will conduct evaluations, collaborate with IEP teams, complete timely documentation, and support students in developing functional learning skills. Missouri license required or eligible.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology is required.
• Active Missouri SLP license (or eligibility to apply) is required.
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred.
• Passion for supporting diverse learners in inclusive environments.
