Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year in St. Louis, Missouri. This is an in-person, full-time position in a school setting, eligible for CFs and experienced SLPs. Mentorship and support are provided.

Responsibilities include providing therapy, evaluations, IEP goals, collaboration with teams and families, and timely documentation. Benefits include paid time off, healthcare, 401(k), licensure reimbursement, and mileage.

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026-2027 school year in St. Louis, Missouri. We’re a therapist-operated company that puts clinicians and students first. This is an in-person position in a school setting, and we welcome both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and experienced SLPs to apply. New to schools? No problem; we provide mentorship and support!
