Ampersand Therapy LLC is hiring a School Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year in Chehalis, WA. This in-person role serves students in a local school district.

Responsibilities include evaluations, IEP development, therapy, progress tracking, and collaboration with teachers and families. WA SLP license or eligibility is required, along with a Master’s in SLP and OSPI fingerprinting; pediatric/school experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Valid Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Valid Washington Educational Staff Associate certificate or eligibility to obtain one.
• Must have current fingerprints on file with OSPI or be willing to complete.
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Provide individualized and small-group speech and language therapy.
• Develop and implement IEPs and measurable goals.
• Track student progress and maintain service documentation.
• Prepare evaluation reports, progress reports, and other records.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers.
