Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Salem, OR area. We're seeking passionate professionals for an in-person, full-time role in a PreK-12 setting.

You will provide therapy, conduct assessments, write evaluation reports, and participate in IEP meetings while collaborating with teachers and families. Competitive pay is $55-65/hour with W-2 employment, benefits, licensure/SCEU reimbursement, mileage, and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active Oregon SLP license or CFY eligible.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support carryover of skills with teachers and families.
• Maintain timely documentation and progress notes.

What You'll Do
