Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in McMinnville, OR. This in-person, full-time role focuses on Early Childhood (ages 3-5) across Salem, Polk, and Yamhill Counties.

We offer competitive pay at $55-65/hour, W-2 employment with liability insurance, healthcare benefits and 401(k) matching, licensure/CEU reimbursements, mileage between sites, and strong mentorship from school-based professionals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active Oregon SLP license (or CFY) required or in CFY.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
