Job summary

Ampersand Therapy LLC is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Portland, OR area. This in-person, full-time role involves school-based therapy and collaboration with teachers, families, and school teams.

You will conduct assessments, write evaluation reports, develop IEP goals, participate in IEP meetings, and maintain documentation. A Master’s in SLP and an active Oregon license are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• Active Oregon SLP license required.
• Experience in school-based settings preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
