Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Oakridge, OR area. This in-person, full-time position serves a K-12 caseload and collaborates with teachers and families to support communication goals.

Requires a Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology and an active Oregon SLP license. We offer competitive pay ($55-60/hour), W-2 employment with liability insurance, benefits, and mentorship in a therapist-led, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
