Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Albany, Oregon area. This full-time, in-person role offers the chance to work with students in a supportive, therapist-led company focused on mentorship and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active Oregon SLP license.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
