Job summary

Rutland Center For Living and Rehabilitation in Rutland, VT, seeks a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide skilled services in a long-term care setting. The role focuses on evaluating and treating residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.

You will document progress in Net Health, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and participate in care planning and family conferences.

Qualifications

  • Must have a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP certification required.
  • VT state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience in LTC/SNF settings preferred.
  • Proficiency with Net Health or similar EMR is a plus.

Job description
