Job summary

Blackwell Talent seeks a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility rehabilitation team serving the geriatric population. The role focuses on evaluation and individualized treatment plans for speech, language, voice, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders.

Responsibilities include timely documentation, collaboration with nursing and therapy staff, resident and family education, and maintaining productive, high-quality clinical care.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Active state SLP license or eligibility.
  • Geriatric experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Speech Language Pathologist – Skilled Nursing Facility

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing rehabilitation team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. This position offers the opportunity to work with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing high-quality patient-centered care to the geriatric population.
