• Valid California SLP license.
• SNF or geriatric rehabilitation experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for residents with speech, language, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to support communication and swallowing function.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
• Educate residents and families on strategies for continued progress; maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports.
