Job summary

The VIOS Clinic is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-home evaluation and therapy for adult home health and hospice patients.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver evidence-based therapy for speech, language, cognition and swallowing, and educate patients and caregivers on goals and strategies.

Collaborating with nurses, therapists and physicians to coordinate care and support safe discharge planning.
